Jo (from near Odiham, Hants) I have been attending Kevin’s Thursday evening QiGong class for the last few months and can quite honestly say I have already noticed the difference in my posture and also in my well being.
When I first started the class, I was having issues with my hip and lower back (which was my main reason for attending) and since practicing QiGong with Kevin those issues are much reduced.
In my every day life, I am already beginning to think about my body posture, alignment, body balance and breathing.
Kevin is very patient and explains the movement in great detail, allowing plenty of practice time to perfect each technique.
The exercises in class are non-strenuous and very relaxing.
I thoroughly recommend Kevin’s classes and I personally find the classes allow me well-deserved time for myself, whilst providing a great opportunity to de-stress from life’s everyday issues.
